BOOKING INFOS
The apartments/rooms are booked for the number of people you specified, additional persons only with written agreement and with extra charge.
A reservation is valid only after a free of charge deposit per apartment.

ARRIVAL
The apartments/rooms are ready by 3.00 p.m. on arrival day.
Should your arrival be delayed and you arrive after 6.00 p.m., please call us.

DEPARTURE
Please vacate the apartments/rooms not later than 10.00 a.m.

RATES
Rates are per day excl. visitor's tax.

KIDS OFFERS
Cot and a highchair available free of charge.

NON-SMOKING
Please note that our house is non-smoking. Only allowed on your balcony.

PETS are not allowed.

SHORT STAY SURCHARGE
3 days or less: 25% extra charge per night
DEPOSIT & TCs
With your advance payment you agree to the General Terms & Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Industry. (AGBH 2006)
PAYMENT
Please pay your bill in cash or by bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS:

• up to 3 months before arrival day: no cancellations. We repay your deposit less a service fee of € 40.-
• 3 months - 1 month before arrival day: 40% of the booked arrangement
• 1 month - 1 week before arrival day: 70% of the booked arrangement
• within the last week before arrival: 90% of the booked arrangement

EARLY DEPARTURE - LATE ARRIVAL

In this case, we charge the total amount of the booked arrangement.
We recommend taking out TRIP INSURANCE: › European RV

To ensure that your vacation is as stress-free as possible, we recommend that you take out insurance. The European travel insurance also insures Covid-19 diseases like any other unexpected serious illness. We recommend taking out TRIP INSURANCE: › European RV

In the event of a border or hotel closure or lockdown, you can also cancel free of charge at short notice.
